I just had a tenant request a ginuea pig - I added clause to the lease about only keeping it caged or in a pet play pen at all times.

This hasn't passed yet, but has had a first reading, so we will see how that plays out in the coming month.

Plus the burn out of not having success buying for first timers I'm sure plays a role as well.

Ultimately we in the real estate market are benefited by people not losing their homes in mass quantities.

Played them as a kid but don't like them now but I still pay it and have no choice!!!

If you have owned this property for 6 months already then no 6 month waiting period will come into play.  

Now this may seem common sense but I assure it is a common ailment of mass delusion as many are seeking the price of the negative load with all the attributes of the positive load, or what we call fantasy land.

I haven't found a way to contact leads en masse other than hitting each individual listing through AirBnB for instance - but I guess that's what VA(s) exist for lol.
