Living in a house requires enough money to keep it maintained.

My ad explains that I am looking for people behind on payments, facing foreclosure, fixer uppers they can't afford to maintain, etc...However these sellers did not seem real motivated at all.

Mostly because properties are more affordable for me, and these areas appear to have weathered the real estate slump fairly well.My goals are to purchase rentals for the long term.

There are several organizations out there that provide similar service offerings and in my opinion, it is only a matter of time before these kinds of services become conerstone tools to help you grow your business and claim your fair share of the marketplace.

I understand that agents need to eat, but a system where the higher the price, the more I get paid isn't too fair to the buyers.Anyways, this turned into a bit of a rant and that wasn't my intention.
