Talking on the phone can give you a good idea of what they are like.

There is no full scope MLS and most realtors have pocket listings. 

Ask and see if she is negotiable.Many sellers list property "as is" but then agree to adjust the price or make repairs.Many buyers offer to purchase "as is" but then ask for price reductions or repairs.Frankly, it drives me nuts.

There are options for retrofitting coin machines or you can purchase new machines.I recommend talking to an appliance technician or checking out local laundromats to see which machines are used the most and are most reliable.
