In my short time being a member on the site, I was able to gain a few leads from my direct mail marketing campaigns.

I don't know but I would greatly appreciate any leads. 

Thankfully, I came across Bigger Pockets and like i said, I've been lurking around for months now.I am looking for a few local investors who may be looking to mentor, work with, lead and guide a new investor who's eager to learn and willing to put in the work and sweat equity that's asked of me.

I don't want to deal with any lead paint liability from someone still living in the home.    

They do a lot more than just comps including scanning for discounted active listings and compiling off-market lead lists.

there is NO question that Californians lead the nation in out of state investments.with the primary driver SoCAL.. there is a reason MI has an office there..

It could lead to deals being sent your way or potential partnerships.

Also the building dept and code enforcement dept may lead you to the right person.
