Destin is somewhat overpriced in way of property costs vs rental income, but I think Fort Walton/Okaloosa Island and also Navarre/Gulf Breeze are really good areas to consider.The main thing I would like to add is that managing vacation rentals is different from long-term, passive-income rentals.
