Your price is determined by what people will pay, not what strangers say on an internet forum.Not everyone is cut out for being a Landlord.

Thanks everybody, I told the inspector before I bought it that I wanted to convert it back to duplex and he didn’t say anything other than “that’s a good idea”, anyways I called the county and they say that even though the whole neighborhood  is  filled with duplexes that if now the property is a single family that I Cant convert it back to duplex because of today’s zoning, and that the buildings that have been duplexes since new are grandfathered and are not required to change because of the new zoning (I think she said they changed the zoning in 1978)That being said I’m stuck with a weird layout single family home, I may try to airbnb it since Is close to town and has four separate entrances, still thinking about it....
