We seem to have a problem finding contractors that will give us a per unit price on labor (example: interior door install price).  

Purchasing sight unseen (interior) isn't for everyone but it is built in 2007 and realtor did sent me some pictures of both units.

You cannot properly paint an interior with a tenant in place.

Repainted entire interior, replaced all light fixtures, replaced all flooring, painted kitchen cabinets and added new cabinet doors, installed granite countertops and 12x25 concrete patio on back of unit.

If you have a legal 3 they will put in another meter and then you'll just have to do the interior work.
