I have however run into issues like transfers being rejected by Baseline (from one of my own accounts in a traditional bank) when all the information is correct.

Soak up podcast information, join a local REIA even if you don't plan to invest in your local area because you'll learn more about investing and make valuable connections.

I have seen Jonathon around for a number of years & his information is great.

Confirm tax information with the county, they usually can give you an estimate or sometimes the website will have a calculator for you.

Please be sure to review either your lease agreement, purchase and sale agreement carefully as well.Even if you hire a listing broker, or get a BOV review every contract because you will get burned on owed commissions!

Each option has its own set of pros and cons, and I'm hoping to gather opinions and advice that could help me make a more informed decision.
