What benefit do you hope to gain from setting up a second LLC? 

Hopefully you didn’t use FF or didn’t hire a pro photographer, those are your cheapest fixes.

My contractor sealed the holes, unclogged the weep holes, removed dead landscaping that was piled high around the house, and installed a French drain and gutters, all of which we hope will solve the problem.

This year, a group of bipartisan residents was hoping the Legislature would return cities' power to limit the number of short-term rentals in an area and regulate the rentals in the same manner as hotels.

And they should hopefully have access to costar or whatever commercial exchange is used in that market, and can pull any offering memorandums that are available.
