This "hey here's another that meets our criteria, let's buy it" approach led us to do all the transactions outside of any corporate structure.Some back of napkin math says that next year when we fully realize all our 9 units of income personally will be quite interesting.

I did not work with any real estate professionals, agents, lenders, etc. that I'd recommend to others, if you have done all your homework, all the i's has been dotted, and all the t's has been crossed there is no need for any real estate professionals, agents, lenders, etc to close the deal.
