Its a pediatric office and has been there since 2006, the group was purchased by Banner Health(MD Anderson) and they have taken over the lease, and now the physicians are selling the building that was previously there own.I find the location stellar but I am concerned about only a 5 year lease....Any thoughts on this?

Upon contacting the sanitation district to file a complaint I was told they have no ownership of the vault and that it's the responsibility of the homes who feed into it.While I know they are going to clean it out for the upcoming sale, I am anticipating an ongoing issue and a possible future health hazard for tenants if so.
