I am looking to become more of an active investor with the goal of quitting our day jobs sooner than later.Any advice is welcomed.

I have a good relationship with them.They give me a 30-day notice that they are leaving.

YoY is down 11%.Rentals - Median Time to RentMedian time to rent had a slight increase from April, but is still below 20 days.

We also go in and change the AC filters every 90 days.

Hi Jason, I love your idea as I thought about doing the same years ago, unfortunately it doesn't work. 

The same size house may be $100,000 out east somewhere… so that probably tells you why most look elsewhere.  

You could do long term or travel nurses since more HOA's have verbiage not allowing leaves under 30 days long.
