Have you been able to hone in on the RE investing strategy that you feel makes the most sense for your situation?

Does investing in real estate that way make a lot more financial sense than investing in a REIT?

I’m looking to continue and grow my family’s legacy by using this asset to BRRRR my way to financial independence and freedom.

I am very excited to begin this journey because I’m ready to start living financially free and start a job that does not feel like a job!

I want to use investment properties in order to live a life financially secure, and create a purpose that will get me excited to jump out of bed in the morning.Hopefully we can connect and build together.

Also I think there is some financial penalty for the mortgage originator if their loan is refinanced before 6 months, but am not certain about that.
