Hi Everyone,     We finally have our first condo under contract. 

I have several properties on my watchlist currently and was was hoping I could get some tips/info to finally take the big step and snag my first deal.

I'm finally back in the continental U.S, but stationed in California and investing in Missouri.

All in all, the house finally closed about 2 weeks ago, and I got my dad's money plus interest back my investors money plus interest back and my Nearly $3,000 of personal money used to finish the property back. 

Finally, this may be a legal question (changing based on location).

I am very happy and proud to announce that today I have finally started training to become a real estate agent here in Spokane Washington!

Spent lots of hours listening to podcasts and reading things, etc.. and I'm finally in an action taking mood..better late than never.Anyways came across something local.. did the math on it and its definitely not a great deal but seems like it would be something easy to manage myself, good location, ready to rent, etc. 

The concept of the integrator visionary relationship is one that will finally answer the question in your head, Am I the crazy one!?

Finally upgraded to the Pro account. ( I was tired of not being able to go back to my reports lol )Looking to do my first BRRR deal on this property.
