I'm doing my best to remember right now that good house inspections are meant to bring up every little thing and that the plan all along was we were gonna do some major rehabs, lol.This really is a great area to move to, and a great time to do it. 

We have elected to convert underperforming commercial spaces into self storage to make this even more financially attractive.
