When you type in an address, it will pop up on Google pointing to their website, I'm assuming in an effort to drive traffic to their site and detract from Zillow/Trulia.  

My thought is that perhaps HOA Boards could address this in the contract with their PM company.  

You should definitely get some concessions to get this situation addressed if he is still in place when you obtain ownership.

The address is 820 Saturn Ave.  

If they were, then they would donate their fees/profits every time.But that wasn't the issue I was addressing nor do I think there's anything wrong with people making money AND helping out the seller.  

Look at tax rolls for ownership addresses that don't match the physical address you're looking at.  

Licensing laws don't address/cover that, realtor ethics/membership does.
