Is there a rehab tool/website/calculator where i can figure this out?

Well one of the things I noticed about that chat is that you can't effectively idle in there.

The compound effect of taxes is a phenomenal drain on the economy.

I have subscribed to my local city legal newspaper and I am wondering if it is more effective to campaign to the people who have just had Lis Pendens filed or the records of the Foreclosure sale itself.

So after tooling around these forums for a while, conducting many searches, and reading a lot of posts I have seen something that has come up often but not yet been addressed (please correct me if I'm wrong).Everyone says you MUST buy properties at HUGE discounts.

Unfortunate side effect for us is that we had to shell out an extra 200 bucks to keep the rate lock.

I am thinking this is not the typical wholesale deal, as the seller is financing, and that may be a good selling tool.

Also, sometimes questions don't get answered on here...I'm ok with spending money on education as long as I know they are legitimate and solid courses/tools.

We have some tools here that may be useful.

Maybe it means that we're having an effect?
