BP is an incredible platform to be on.

Thank you Conner, I will duplicate my listing as you suggested across multiple platforms and find that app I heard about that manages the calendar and bookings across platforms.I guess it's good to hear I'm not alone in this with your lead times reduced as well.

Back around 2015 or 2016 I watched the BP beginner webinars for months on end, learning what a good deal was (thanks, Brandon) and read A LOT of BP blog articles (back when they e-mailed blog articles and the trending forum threads - the good old days).BP was my mentor.

I found that the platform charges something like a 13% fee on top of the cost of the work.

It's a lot of work but is the most legit option source.I built a platform that gets all buyers with contact information in the US and Canada called DeedFuel.

For M-F, if I'm writing, I'd ask for recent I&E and rent roll - ACTUALS.If its a broker listing, odds are (here) you get a BS ProForma flyer and have to make your own assumptions.
