If this is not the case, he can put a deep wall where the roots of your tree will go downwards instead of sideways, he can do anything to the encroachment technically, as long as the tree does not get significant damage, he still is entitled to that.

If the TV mounts aren't mentioned, that might be a harder sell unless you have pictures, but anything that's actual damage not considered normal wear and tear and not just needing cleaning is fair game.

Just to throw in my two cents, often times slabs are damaged by fire and are no longer structurally sound so it needs to be evaluated.

Regular policies do not cover damages caused by "rising water" (i.e. water coming from the ground up, which is tidal surge or flooding).
