There are many websites that you can look at to view the types of crime and amount of crime that happens in any certain county, zip code or street block.I'd love to answer any questions you may have, offer up a few creative lenders, suggest some farm ideas, and offer up some Realtors that could help you in the farm areas.

I wouldn't call them investor friendly and they don't give any discount for investor only agent they have a capping structure that you paid 18,000 a year in commission and then anything after that you keep a hundred percent which if you sell multiple homes a yeaf it's totally worth it.

Otherwise the Code Enforcement in Sammamish is a good place to call.But the first thing to realize is that Infrared technology requires new and different training and certification, and you have to make sure the Inspector was qualified to give you this sort of report.

There just won't be enough profit margin with an agent involved, not to mention you will not really find the deeply discounted deals as you can find by direct marketing.

CR review:  look for 30,60,90 lates - - this is real life for this prospect (should be none for 6 mo)look at collections - - how far back is the NEWEST onewhat kinds of accounts are being stiffed - - utilities, cellphones (ouch).Look at Public Records for the codes which you can look up for the offense.
