The person I'm paired up with over there isn't super responsive to my calls or emails so I'm thinking they're not going to be the right fit.

So, we made a super low offer thinking the bank would be fine with an insanely low offer.

Every window is tape shut and they refuse to answer the door.I saw someone looking and closing the window super fast.I have send them a certify letter giving them 30 days to move.And after that we will evict them.But they are so strange that i am afraid they will destroy the house

They were good to start with but they are super active in adding new ways to make my business more efficient. 

In our market, the fix up costs are often higher than the purchase price for the home, so this product would not be super exciting.  

I am sure that a lot of the successful investors on here are super busy, and I’m not sure what your reasons are for contributing to this site, but I just wanted you guys to know that your efforts are definitely not wasted.
