Things were fine leading up to his death, but clearly only the bare minimum was done while other things were ignored, and now we are paying gravely.Up until the property manager's death we were fully rented with the exception of one unit which he neglected to rent out and was vacant for over a year.

It's something to watch 3...6 months from now, no one is immune to this (excuse the pun).I don't expect everything to be business as usual even when the death rate slows, there will have to be cutbacks by corporations and professionals to compensate for the losses.
