Lili here, I am a first-time investor looking for a couple different things:1)  A house hack in or near the downtown area.2) Connections to real estate agents, contractors, etc. to start building a network and deciding on a strategy for my REI (wholesaling, BRRRR, etc.)I am a recent college grad (June 2018) with no debt, around ~$20k in savings, very low expenses, and I travel a good amount, so Airbnb can be an option as well.Any and all advice and recommendations are more than welcome!

I've only been twice.If you want start a different group closer to you, I'd attend!

Listen to podcasts here, pick up a couple books written by investors that have done a lot of what you want to do and then take action once you understand.

I also own a couple rentals that i grew up in/inherited so ive been dabbling in that arena for a few years also.

My daughter screens her tenants & has always had a great rapport with them.Here is a notice to vacate she just received from a young couple who bought their first home.

He has a couple of podcasts as well as some youtube videos and webinars.

I have listened to many of the BP podcast episodes, read many articles, attended a few webinars with Brandon Turner, and I just bought Turner and Dorkin's new book (I have not read it yet though).
