@Jared CauffieldI don't know for sure what the exact process is in Fayetteville, NC, but there's probably some similarities to what I've seen in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

The broker is waiving fees and commissions and I will get to learn the process on my own house, even if not under my own license.

He's the guy to talk to....lots of good information and has videos that walk you through the entire process.

What kinds of systems are experienced REI's using to make the rehab process less stressful?

@John Spina jr From my experience, going the conventional route with a property that will need approx 20k in renovations is a difficult process.

Currently in the process but it looks as if my name and not the LLC is being listed on loan disclosures.
