Hard money lending. 1st time investor
I am currently looking for a hard money lender within the Orlando/Tampa area. Are there any recommendations from fellow investors? Many of the prospects that I have looked into turn into being very unfavorable. I know the % on ARV will likely be effected due to it being my first time using hard money, however, wanted to gather some suggestions. Thanks in advance!
