@Shaun Beck we do a lot of leasing and will likely lease up 80-100 units this year as a company.

Why are the same biggest hedge fund companies diving more and more into owning real estate??? 

Hi BiggerPockets Community, Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for landlord insurance companies in Virginia (Arlington)?
