Landlord Insurance in VA

Hi BiggerPockets Community, 

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for landlord insurance companies in Virginia (Arlington)? I'm finding it's a lot easier to get a quote for rental properties in DC. Are there different regulations for landlords in VA?

Can I just purchase a homeowners insurance policy and rent the place out?
