Think "chose 1 if you're a current tenant or choose 2 if you're interested in looking at an apartment."  

There is too much work for these guys right now in Denver, so they are expensive and picky in the jobs they choose. 

I'm going to check out the property right now to see if there's a clean out.I just received another email from the closing agent saying that I should check with the Township to see if a dye test is necessary for resale (I don't think it is).They also just now told me that a video sewer inspection is required for tax certification which, again, I'm unsure is necessary or even possible.

If your looking to buy we need to get you set up on an automatic search so the system can start pulling options for you so you will have plenty of options to choose from when it's time to pick a house. 

Do any buy and hold investors have tips on choosing aa good area to start buying multi units? 

We only been to one meeting so far but I've been watching some of the videos and using the Facebook page.
