In NJ and FL, where we have rental properties, there are no restrictions on evictions with children in the family.

Ask about their job, any rental assistance, how many people will be living there, how many adults/children, if they have pets, etc.

if you have a 3bd, then up to 6 people could live there.THere are a few other qualifying things such as gender of children, disabled child etc. etc. that may allow the tenent to have 1 child in his own bdrm but I'm not sure how sec 8 qualifies that.

Did you check to see if the decedent has any predeceased children and if the had kids?

If I have a problem with a tenant (or their children) that does not violate the lease I can still give a 20 day no-cause notice of termination (Wa State).  

I am trustee to our Family trust (my young adult children beneficiaries due to our personal finances at time of father's death) in which there are 2 houses included.

On the other hand, if the end buyer has children that are in or starting elementary, they could walk across the street to get to and from school.  

for a family member to occupy 1-2 months out of the year so that they can spend an extended period of time each year with my children.
