Small and tough market so also will start looking OOS but for now we’re hoping to build a team of wholesalers, agents, and other lead sources.

The most education you will receive is when you do your first deal...surround yourself with investors and agents that are investors themselves to help guide you and prevent you from making any major mistakes and you will be fine....there will always be several things that you learn from on your first deal!

Lots of investor friendly wholesalers, lenders, title companies, agents etc.

Does anyone work with an agent at either Marsh or Aon? 

I recently became a licensed Real Estate Agent in order to get access to the MLS and get be able to represent myself, as I saw this as a good first step in my real estate journey.
