keep in mind documents affecting title are recorded at the county recorders in every county in the US as such they are open to the public.. and anyone can walk in an record documents now certain things need to be done on the documents to record them..

Get as many heads in beds as you can!  

I'm currently in the process of learning as much as I can about real estate investing (watching content, readings books, chatting with folks around me that invest in real estate). 

All you can do is do your best to keep the wrong people out of your houses.

I had also seen a year or so ago that the community wanted to put more restrictions and require a local contact, and limit on number of permits , but haven't seen anything more stringent since that proposal failed.If you can share your experience, I'd greatly appreciate it!
