Carlos, I have not read the comments, but have been in the industry for quite awhile.

Another thing to consider is that people in the RE industry are already getting spammed to oblivion with listing emails, agent marketing, wholesalers, auction houses, lenders, gurus, youtube channels, CRMs, you get the picture. 

Account Closed I think the "big" decision you need to make is which part of the industry do you want to work?

Hey @Frantzy Louis - I haven't done a commercial deal in a few months but I can tell you that there's a compression going on right now in the industry.

And to boot it is a very fragmented industry with loads of opportunity to institutionalize.

Consulted other like companies with industry methods and techniques.

However, it's not my side of the industry so I'd say that I'm hopeful, but have low expectations.

It can be hard finding deals, but that's why meeting more people in the industry is great because they may know someone else that has that great deal for you!
