I had a property that burned down in a wildfire last week.

Here are some additional details to round out my original post:The properties in question are two vacant lots,side by side, both of which once had homes on them (they burned down within the last several years).

This may also mean it might be a bit of a "slow burn BRRR" and I can pull some money out to finance a future deal.Want to thank my agent again, Jessica Loose.

Everyting is new and exciting and you usually get business from family & friends.The 2nd year is the hardest, after you burn through your family & friends and then have to face real work to do business.Why can't you do real estate part time NOW, until you get your RE business going?
