Hey guys - I just sold my primary i rehabbed a little bit and make 68k profit. I am now back at my parents house, I cannot find anything I want to buy and also do not want to live here. I feel I am intruding. Should I get a 6 month rental and keep looking or just stay here and keep looking for a deal to buy?

What was your plan before you listed the house for sale?  I'd get a short term rental where you can go month to month until you find something you want to buy.
