Weird coincidence, I am from Mesa AZ, currently living in Grand Forks (stationed here, Air Force).

I have noticed when one of the dryer is in operation the exhaust air makes its' way to other dryers as well when it is traveling to the main outside exhaust causing one of the dryer to get foggy. 

Keeping cabinet doors open during cold snaps helps warm air circulate around the pipes under sinks. 

HI @Christian Price, just make sure your numbers are air tight.  

That's all I really need them for, though if there are major repairs I don't mind having them hire a professional for it (ie if the the motor in the furnace needs to be removed and blown out because the tenant failed to replace air filters; replacing doors is kind of a pain so I'll pass that off even though I can do it, stuff like that.) 

I would first start with opening all the windows for a few days to air it out, then scrub the walls. 

At this moment i am at Ramstein Air Base and im fairly familiar with the area around me and i believe there is great investing opportunities here.

I am glad I spent the last few months air sealing the place, adding insulation, and replacing leaky ductwork. 

Renovate kitchen, essential updates, and add Central Air.
