They've researched it and discovered this new service that helps people qualify for rentals even though they have bad credit, broken leases, history of late payments, or other negative issues on their record.From what I can see, the applicant submits their information to the web site and pays a hefty fee.

i would connect with an agent that understands what your needs are and can verify past deals that they have done such as yours.ultimately if your plan is to do more deals past these initial ones i would begin to implement marketing strategies that connect you directly to owners.and if you have money you can put towards marketing i would put into web based generated motivated seller leads...
