My question is: How does a personal umbrella policy protect business assets like rental properties held in LLCs or land trust?

Hi All, I was reading through the new proposed bill by the House Ways and Means committee on tax reform.

It's our policy to be upfront with buyers. 

I combined all my properties into 1 insurance policy. 

You just have to have a great deal of integrity, knowledge of foreign policy, political experience, humility and common sense.

Also, you can really make your policy snowball by taking your profits from your real estate, and feeding it right back in to the policy.  

The best part is you can write the policy to cover exactly what you want it to and for how much.

I have also recently checked out some policies backed by Lloyd's of London, which are very reasonable.  

I noticed the it includes the following language:(15) PRODUCTS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES (MULTI-USER ORGANIZATIONS) PUBLIC RENTAL OR COMMUNAL USE IN MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING (USE OF A PRODUCT FOR THESE PURPOSES WILL VOID THIS PLAN)Judging by the statement above, it seems to indicate that putting in W/D in tenant occupied units would be covered under the policy, or maybe I am incorrect.
