Walking distance from the new starbucks and whole foods?

With a septic tank the only thing you should be flushing is crap and toilet paper - no flushable wipes (they don't go in sewers either, btw), no paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, food from a garbage disposal, etc.

We have several reviews people saying they are going back home to a more uncomfortable $2000+ mattress.https://www.costco.com/novafor...Home goods for smaller things, decor, pictures, "flair" or knick-knack items, good prices on furniture during sale dates.Cost Plus World Market for furniture, utensils, REALLY good prices on furniture during sale dates.Shamrock Foods (retaurant supply store) for frying pans, pots, pint glasses, cheap plates, bowls.Never had good luck with Wayfair or Ikea furniture. 

A couple things to keep in mind;-You need to gently remind them that, after they've bought themselves food, you are to be paid next.

Some of the high end amenities were large SUVs for guests to use, 25' Hinckley yacht, full time chef with food provided, daily cleaning etc.But those places are going for 5k a night.

Probably a stupid question but do I need to consider someone's state-fund food assistance as part of their income? 

Aloha,When you are renting out rooms, you need to have a set of "House Rules" that apply to everyone, and cover such things as quiet hours; overnight guest limits; no food or cooking in bedrooms; cleaning and trash removal responsibilities; specified storage areas; use of common areas; guest parking; pet/no pet policy AND an Assistance Animal policy; etc.

Just food for thought.

Just some food (or perhaps should I say drink) for thought.Also---Do you have enough electrical amps for the new unit, or will you have to buy another drop.Same with water pressure and volume.Good Luck!
