If she is going to be out of work for a while and has no savings she will need money for basic living expenses like food, gas, utilities, and yes housing.

This allows people who work at fast food restaurants to actually buy a house. 

One of our main goals is to showcase how we should be approaching our food and land stewardship as well as education programs for children and adults.The plan also includes a "tiny home village" for str and free housing for volunteers and woofers, an event center, and on site co-op farm shop with the intention of selling our own goods but also local farmers goods as well.I have a detailed rough draft investor proposal and business plan.

There's diversity in job market that's starting to grow due to favorable taxes, entertainment, food, culture, sports...
