I think there's a lot of different opinions on it (making it subjective), mainly dealing with B and C class.

Back Story: I have a tenant who has not paid rent since March 2020.

While setting up a preventive maintenance appointment in early March, the tenant calls me and says 'my sister has been living there and paying rent.

A class and D class are usually more obvious but the line between B and C can be blurry.
