If you aren't (even if you are) ........... gosh, this sounds promotional, look at my blog "Let's play TIC, TAC, TOE" it allows you to be an owner partner and your TIC Agreement governs the arrangement, you just buy a fractional interest, that's all you need!

Accessing through the easement is direct, much shorter, no hill to navigate, no gravel road, and comes off the nicer neighborhood - which I can use to promote my property with w/o paying hoa dues because even though we access through the development I would not be in the development.
