Hi, I am looking at my 1st Duplex house hack in the Bay Area and would like to talk to a CPA about getting going!

I plan to househack the property I get and am looking anywhere in Florida, but mainly in the Tampa Bay Area. 

I am from the bay area too and investing for the cash flow.

Is there a known supplier in the bay area that has product in stock?

I just moved to the Bay Area, CA in January after getting married on New Years. 

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.16 units 4-4 unit buildings on one property each unit has a garage bay included and additional parking out front as well.

In Tampa Bay, our sales continue to increase month-over-month while listings continue to decrease and rent price is increasing year-over-year. 

Looks like I waited too long and all the rooms are booked at the Hilton bay front.  

Assuming you have a finite amount of time/effort/energy, in the current market it's far more likely that you'd find/convince a seller to let the fourplex go for a smaller price tag (if this is true in the SF Bay Area, hard to imagine it's not also true in PA, but I don't know that market and can't confirm...), which is another equally effective way to lower the payment.
