I am not fan of selling an asset that provides a positive cash flow unless it is necessary and you currently have a better opportunity you cannot take advantage of otherwise.

I can highly recommend Adam Robinson from Key Realty tell him Sarah Hart from england recommended him and he'll really look after u, he is a wealth of knowledge in everything Sarasota, he has offices on Siesta Key, Downtown and on St Armands Circle, he also has an indepth knowledge of REO and point you in the right dirction for property management, whatever you do, don't use Jeanette Properties or Stringer Management, really do not understand where investors are coming from!!!!!

I'm guessing that GSA will not put any effort into maintaining these properties they are trying to offload, so the government being what it is would rather take some money instead of no money.I also am not a fan of how long the process could take.
