This theoretically eliminates the danger, but GFCI outlets have a known tendency to malfunction more frequently than regular outlets.

@Erin WeissI have talked to so many contractor friends about this today.Since you have eliminated most other suggestions we will go with an electrical issue.

The yard won't look so much like a golf course, but in many cases you can eliminate watering altogether.

A condo can vote for rental cap, eliminate rentals entirely, issue surprise special assessments, etc., so you could buy it today thinking you can rent it out only to find out they implemented a waiting list, capped units or eliminated rentals entirely, and you find yourself paying monthly condo fees on a unit you cannot rent and selling to a smaller buyer pool as no more investment buyers. 

My approach has been to eliminate the bad debt, credit cards were first and now I'm attacking the the car loan, while also raising my assets evenly between 401K, cash reserves, home equity, and a personal investment portfolio so that I have a solid spread of holdings.

It sounds like your area isn’t showing promising growth over the next 5 years and you have a lot of bad debt but you can’t predict the future and you can eliminate that debt in other ways outside of selling your home.

If the higher rates from a commercial loan are going to eliminate the cash flow, the benefit is gone. 

Depending how you do it, there will be intercompany transactions and the eliminating entry will be required. 

Through National Life Insurance Group and for an additional fee they also introduce velocity banking as part of the debt elimination system.  

A little worried about flipping in this market but if I buy right it will eliminate that worry.
