Which I have no problem doing, but I am torn because my passion is getting into rentals and not so much my blue collar job. 

I've owned a house in Los Angeles since 1995, and thanks to our Prop 13 it has very low property taxes.  

While you find one once in a blue moon downtown, most of them I would consider compromised, meaning they don't sit on a full lot with a driveway and off street parking/garage. 

We have almost 900 units in Los Angeles, we offer additional storage and parking at some of our properties.
