NEWBIE here from Miami who’s ONLY possession is 100K in equity

Hello. My name is Angel, 43 y/o father of 1 and I live in Miami. I just lost my day job two weeks ago, I don’t have great credit, I don’t have a savings account, and I just recently cleaned out my 401K to buy a boat ( seemed like a good idea at the time .) I’ve decided I’m done working for other people and I’m looking to start investing in myself (through Real Estate.) My ONLY possession is the $100K equity I have in a single family home I bought in 2015. My question is this......

“IF ALL YOU HAD IN THIS WORLD WAS $100K EQUITY IN A HOME......HOW WOULD YOU START YOUR DREAM OF FINANCIAL WEALTH THROUGH REAL ESTATE??????
