The age of your housing stock is prime for fix and flips and your values are very strong.  

Please don't get me wrong, I am pro law enforcement, and anti criminal to the max.

I would be very careful about the age of the building.

The house was built in 1959 so it seems like its about to start showing its age.  

The residents here aren't very tolerate of what they see as the new age folks taking over their neighborhoods. 

The paint comment was because it was starting to have minor peels, not necessarily the age of the paint job though that is related.

I will check on age of the homes.
