He's still out there promoting...just not this as he's on to other things....hopefully not another scam.

I got interested in real estate investing last year and since then have read several of the BP published books on real estate.I still have a lot of unanswered questions floating in my head but my goal is to buy my first property and some point next year. 

What are my options for correcting this situation?

the first property I purchased was in Cleveland back in 2005 a single family that I purchased for  22k cash and i rehabbed it after work and on weekends this property was in the hood I put 12k in it put a tenant in and sold it for 79k to investor who an real estate agent referred me. 

Hey James,That’s a solid question, and I’ve seen this scenario come up quite a bit.

Depending on hte rental income, you potentially could do this as DSCR is based on the rental income.
