Quick question…I found a fsbo property posted on a fsbo website & on Zillow…I made an offer to the owner for less than the asking price & he accepted.  

I mean at the end of the day if you kept the house long enough and rented, you could still walk away with a paid off home.

I have offered several rental properties to the existing tenants, but for one reason or another, none have taken me up on my offer.
