I was thinking that it could be because it is easier to paint the entire unit(walls + ceiling) the same color.

I think if you are going to go with 2 different things, you need to do 2 different materials. ie granite for cabinets, butcher block for the island, or quartz for the cabinets and granite for the island in complimenting colors but not matchy.

They even tainted the paint to the color I wanted ( from the "Storm" color booklet).There are 5 different categories from transparent to solid color.

It has been this color for years now though, and it has grown on us.  

Normally just the most popular colors or just one brand of item. 

Meaning, is it the cost, location, layout/colors, COVID-19, etc?

If a tenant has passed a criminal and credit check with flying colors, then it shouldn't matter if they legally have a weapon or not.

Easier to maintain, can change out the liner, clean the curtain or update it when needed and it will add a little color or dimension

According to the painter he has put 4 coats of primer and 2 coasts of paint (whitish color) and the wood grain color is bleeding through.
